Ethiopian soldiers 'steal' from Somali people

The Ethiopian troops have killed a Somali man and injured two others in Fadhi Garaadle neighbor in the regional state of Somali in Ethiopia, witnesses told radio Shabelle on Monday.

Reports from the Somali region in Ethiopia say that the Ethiopian troops had opened fire to mini-buses from Balanballe town and traveling to Fadhi Garaadle neighbor in the region which the Ethiopian soldiers wanted to hijack killing Somali man and injuring two others who were on board in the trucks.

 The Ethiopian soldiers have lately hijacked the buses forcibly and driven away to the side of Shalaabo town in over there.

Residents have confirmed that the Ethiopian troops have increased recently hijacking trucks belonged by the Somali people those take different goods to the regional state of Somalia in Ethiopia.

The drivers have expressed fear about the military movement of the Ethiopian troops in the border between Somalia and Ethiopia saying that the Ethiopian soldiers threaten and take extortionate money from the vehicles traveling between both neighboring countries.

On Sunday, the Ethiopian troops released more trucks that they had hijacked from Kalabeyrka intersection in Hiran region in central Somalia.

Sources say the Ethiopian troops who are in the Somalia region are those who had withdrawn from Somalia last month and it is unclear the reason that they are creating tense situations in regional state of Somali in Ethiopia.
